用途：主要用于内衣棉杯产品及其他同类产品的定型生产。

特点：定型过程中，棉杯经常发生打皱、表面不自然的凹凸现象，直接影响到产品质量。此类问题在尺码比较大的罩杯加工过程中经常发生。该机主要在产品的成型和加工技术方面做了改进，通过对裁片压制过程进行准确的定位加工来减少因尺码偏移所造成的损失。比较适合欧美大型罩杯和普通模杯的生产。本公司针对内衣模杯生产开发的特有温度控制系统，运用可控硅移相触发电流控制加热，可使发热更均匀、平稳、省电，节能效果佳，并可延长发热管使用寿命。

2. The machine has been improved in the aspect of figuration and process which locates accurately in the process of foam-pieces pressing and reduces the loss caused by size deviation. It is suitable for the large-sized cups, ordinary foam cups and fabric cups in European and American areas.
