球状活性炭简介

      凯祥球状活性炭表面光滑且有黑亮光泽，良好的球形度，球径在3-8毫米之间（可调控)，比表面积950-1200(m2/g)，孔容0.6-0.75ml/g，单粒平均强度可达19牛顿。产品造价低效果好，特别适合空气干燥，空压机专用的气相干燥设备。

      球状活性炭采用非粘合成型活性炭专有技术，改变传统用粘结剂成型的旧工艺。不含粘接剂成份，完全靠炭分子之间的亲和力和原料本身的特殊性质，科学配方制作而成。有效避免了孔结构堵塞，保证产品孔隙发达，功能强大。机械强度高，脱硫性能好，粒度均匀，流动性好，硫容量高，应用阻力小，气流分布均匀等优点。球状活性炭广泛应用于净化半 、原料气 、油田气、煤气、及二氧化碳气体中的H2S及部分有机硫化物。

      球状活性炭适用性： 气相吸附   汽油回收   有机溶剂回收   杂质和有害气体的祛除。 　

球状活性炭用途

      1、溶剂回收：化工厂使用各种有机溶剂的工程排出的气体中，含有各种有机溶剂、无机及有机硫化物、烃类、氯气、油、汞及其他对环境有害的成分，可以用活性炭进行吸附以后再排放。

      2、过滤器等的煤气处理：球形活性炭因其高纯度、低尘、球状、低压力损失的特点以及超强的净化能力，已在半导体行业净化室过滤网的吸附材料、电子器件等的气体处理等领域被采用。

      3、水处理：活性炭吸附处理是水处理的一个分支，随着水质污染以及有关管理措施的强化，对活性炭的需求也在增加。在活性炭吸附处理中，流化床方式显示优异的除污效率，在流化床方式中是采用球形活性炭作为吸附剂已经发挥了10年以上的功效。此外，利用其高纯度、低尘、耐磨损的特点，球形活性炭在纯水制造装置及排水处理装置中也得到使用。

      4、其他方面的应用：精制化学品用吸附材料；催化剂载体用的吸附材料；气体分析用的捕集材料；气相色谱用的填充材料；鞋底用的吸附材料；杀菌装置用的材料；烟气过滤嘴等。

影响活性炭吸附因素

      1、活性炭吸附剂的性质；其表面积越大，吸附能力就越强；活性炭是非极性分子，易于吸附非极性或极性很低的吸附质；活性炭吸附剂颗粒的大小，细孔的构造和分布情况以及表面化学性质等对吸附也有很大的影响。

      2、吸附质的性质；取决于其溶解度、表面自由能、极性、吸附质分子的大小和不饱和度、附质的浓度等 。

      3、废水PH值；活性炭一般在酸性溶液中比在碱性溶液中有较高的吸附率。PH值会对吸附质在水中存在的状态及溶解度等产生影响，从而影响吸附效果。

      4、共存物质；共存多种吸附质时，活性炭对某种吸附质的吸附能力比只含该种吸附质时的吸附能力差。

      5、温度；温度对活性炭的吸附影响较小。

      6、接触时间；应保证活性炭与吸附质有一定的接触时间，使吸附接 衡，充分利用吸附能力。

球状活性炭储存运输事项

      1、球状活性炭在运输过程中，防止与坚硬物质混状，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影响质量。

      2、储存：应储存于阴凉干燥处，在运输储存和使用过程中，都要 防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充满活性空隙，使其失去作用。

      3、防止焦油类物质：在使用过程中，应禁止焦油类物质带入球状活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用，有除焦设备净化气体。

      4、防火：球状活性炭在储存或运输时，防止与火源直接接触，以防着火、球状活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生彻底，再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80以下，否则温度高，遇氧，球形活性炭自燃。
