石英砂简介

      石英砂是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物，其主要矿物成分是SiO2高达99%，石英砂的颜色为乳白带红或半透明状，莫氏硬度7，性脆无解理，贝壳状断口，油脂光泽，相对密度为2.65，其化学、热学和机械性能具有明显的异向性，不溶于酸，微溶于KOH溶液，熔点1750℃。

石英砂分类

      1、普通石英砂：SiO2≥90-99％；Fe2O3≤0.06-0.02％；耐火度1750℃，外观部分大颗粒，表面有黄皮包囊。粒度范围5-220目，可按用户要求粒度生产。主要用途：冶金，墨碳化硅，玻璃及玻璃制品，搪瓷，铸钢，水过滤，泡花碱，化工，喷吵等行业。  

      2、精制石英砂：SiO2≥99-99.5％；Fe2O3≤0.02-0.015％；精选优质矿石进行复杂加工而成。粒度可按用户要求生产，外观白或结晶状。主要用途：高级玻璃，玻璃制品，耐火材料，熔炼石类，精密铸造，砂轮磨材等。 

      3、高纯石英砂：SiO2≥99.5-99.9％；Fe2O3≤0.005％，是采用1-3级天然水晶石和优质天然石类，经过精心挑选，精细加工而成；是生产石英坩埚、石英玻璃等产品的重要原料。而高纯石英坩埚是制造单晶硅棒的容器，硅棒经切割而成的硅片为制造芯片的基础原料，一般纯度在99.9%以上成为高纯石英砂。

石英砂滤料技术要求

      1、石英砂滤料的破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于1.5%(百分率按质量计，下同)。

      2、石英砂滤料的密度不应小于2.55g/cm3。使用中对平均密度有特殊要求者除外。

      3、石英砂滤料应不含可见泥土、云母和有机杂质，滤料的水浸出液应不含有毒物质。含泥量不应大于1%。 密度大于2g/cm3的轻物质的含量不应大于0.2%。

      4、石英砂滤料的钓烧减量不应大于0.7%。

      5、 可溶率不应大于3.5%。

      3、可用作离子交换法软化、除盐系统中的预处理设备，对水质要求不高的工业给水的粗过滤设备；以及用在游泳池循环处理系统、冷却循环水净化系统等。
