锆刚玉简介

锆刚玉化学成分

      锆刚玉主晶相为α-Al2O3，次晶相为斜锆石，还存在少量玻璃相。 

锆刚玉用途

       锆刚玉特别用于对不锈钢、碳素钢及合金钢等的加工处理。锆刚玉由约25％比例的电熔氧化锆与氧化铝在电弧炉中经特殊工艺熔炼及特殊冷却制造。具有很好的韧性和强度，适用于各类磨具，尤其是负重研磨砂轮和切割砂轮制造。主要应用领域：钢坯表面修磨、铸件表面修磨、钢棒切割以及喷砂等。AZ25主要分为AZF25和AZS25两种。

    锆刚玉耐熔体侵蚀性好，作为一种高级磨料，可制造高性能的重负荷砂轮，对钢件、铸铁件、耐热钢、以及各种合金材料有很好的磨削作用；另外，锆刚玉还是一种高级耐火原料，是制作高性能的滑动水口及浸入式水口的理想材料，还可用于制作玻璃熔窑用锆刚玉砖。
