抛光砂简介
抛光砂磨料以优质金刚砂为原料采用现代新型独特工艺技术精制而成。抛光砂磨料具有研磨时间短，效率 益好，价格低的特点。该产品硬度适中，韧性高，自锐性好，砂耗低且能回收循环利用，磨件光洁度好；而且化学成分稳定，耐磨、耐酸碱。该磨料介壳状断口，边角锋利，可在不断粉碎分级中形成新的棱角和边刃，使其研磨能力优于其它磨料。尤其是其具有的硬度高、比重大、化学性质稳定及其特有的自锐性等优点成为，抛光砂是工艺用的磨料；同时更是抛光除锈清理工件，研磨抛光的理想材料。

抛光砂用途
抛光砂主要于在不锈刚表面去污、除焊渣及亚光效果，铁质工件去锈、除污、除氧化皮，增大镀层、涂层附着力，铝质工件去氧化皮，表面强化、光饰作用，铜质工件去氧化皮亚光效果，玻璃制品水晶磨砂、刻图案，塑胶制品(硬木制品) 亚光效果，牛仔布等特殊面料，毛绒加工及效果图案。
1、对硅片、光学镜头、精密仪器仪表、抛光玻壳、玻璃器皿、陶瓷石料、皮革、塑料、金属机件能提高光洁度；
2、可喷砂切割，是制造砂轮、油石、砂布、砂的必须原料；
3、可作为修筑高速公路路面、飞机跑道、耐磨橡胶、工业地坪、防滑油漆等尚佳的耐磨材料；

注意事项
1、运输与装卸：抛光砂在运输过程中，不得用铁钩拖拽，应防止与坚硬物质混装，不可强烈振动、磨擦、踩、砸，严禁抛掷，应轻装轻卸，以减少产品破碎，影响使用。
2、储存：抛光砂应储存于阴凉干燥处，防止内外包装袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空气中其它物质，影响使用效果。严禁与有毒有害气体或易挥发物质混放，存放要远离污染源。
