【钢纤维简介】

     钢纤维是指用钢材的短纤维，将钢丝切断，并按照规定样式压制成两端弯钩，具有一定强度。钢纤维主要用于制造钢纤维混凝土，并应用于隧道、工业地坪等领域。

【锈钢纤维优点】

       不锈钢纤维是采用较新冶金工艺——熔体快淬法，把耐热不锈钢熔体一次抽取而成，它与通常冶金工艺的钢纤维相比，具有以下优点：

       (1)工艺流程短，价格便宜；  

       (2)快淬工艺使钢纤维具有微晶结构，强度和韧性高；  

       (3)纤维的横截面呈不规则月牙形，表面自然粗糙，与耐火料基体结合力强；  

       (4)有良好的高温强度和高温耐腐蚀性。

【钢纤维分类】

       1、按外形划分有:平直形钢纤维(a)、压棱形钢纤维(b)、波形钢纤维(c)、弯钩形钢纤维(d\e)、大头形钢纤维(f)、双尖形钢纤维(g)、集束钢纤维(h)等等。

       2、按截面形状划分有:圆形(a)、矩形(b)、槽型(c)、不规则性(d)

       3、按生产工艺划分有：切断钢纤维(用细钢丝切断);剪切钢纤维(用薄钢板、带钢剪切);铣削型钢纤维(用厚钢板或钢锭切削);熔抽钢纤维(用熔融钢水抽制)。较有前途的是溶抽钢纤维，价格较低。

       4、按材质划分有:普碳钢纤维(抗拉强度一般在300~2500MPa);不锈钢纤维(按材质有304,310,330,430,446等);其他金属纤维(铝纤维、铜纤维、钛纤维以及合金纤维)。

       5、按表面涂覆状态划分有:无涂覆层，表面涂环氧树脂，镀锌等。工业上大量使用的是无涂覆层的普通钢纤维。

       钢纤维都含有耐蚀性贵金属：铬（Cr），因为Cr的强耐蚀性，所以广泛被用于冶金行业，耐材行业，化工行业。具体点就是被广泛的钢厂，冶金厂和化工厂所用。比如，钢厂的钢水槽，电极，冶金厂的炉壁，炉门，炉顶封盖等。

       将不锈钢纤维掺入耐火材料基体后，可大大提高耐热构筑物的抗热循环冲击性能，耐热等级及抗磨耗性能，可使耐火材料和工业炉窑的使用寿命延长数倍至几十倍，防止或减少高温裂纹，提高抗弯强度，提高抗急热急冷性能和提高导热系数，从而提高工作效率，降低生产成本。
