【石油压裂支撑剂】

石油支撑剂又叫石油压裂支撑剂。在石油天然气深井开采时，高闭合压力低渗透性矿床经压裂处理后，使含油气岩层裂开，油气从裂缝形成的通道中汇集而出，此时需要流体注入岩石基层，以超过地层破裂强度的压力，使井筒周围岩层产生裂缝，形成一个具有高层流能力的通道，为保持压裂后形成的裂缝开启，油气产物能顺畅通过。

石油支撑剂是一种陶瓷颗粒产品，具有很高的压裂强度，主要用于油田井下支撑，以增加石油天然气的产量，属环保产品。此产品利用优质BAUXITE、煤等多种原材料，陶瓷烧结而成，是天然石英砂、玻璃球、金属球等中低强度支撑剂的替代品，对增产石油天然气有良好效果。

目前常用的支撑剂主要有石英砂、铝钒土陶粒砂及树脂包覆的复合颗粒等。由于石英砂成本低，同时密度较低易于泵送，被大量使用，但石英砂强底低、球度差，降低裂缝导流能力，不适用于闭合压力高的深井。树脂包覆石英砂的复合颗粒，球度有改善，耐腐蚀性比较强，导流能力也较好，但产品保持期短，造价过高，在成本至上的今天推广不易，而采用铝钒土陶粒工艺的陶粒支撑剂，密度高，球度好，耐腐蚀，耐高温，耐高压，同时成本可以得到较好的控制，因此越来越广泛的被油气田所采用。实践证明，使用陶粒石油支撑剂压裂的油井可提高产量30-50%，还能延长油气井服务年限，是石油、天然气低渗透油气井开采、施工的关键材料，不但能增加油气产量，而且更能延长油气井服务年限。

【石油压裂支撑剂性能】

1、支撑剂要有足够的抗压强度和抗磨损的能力，能耐受注入时的强大压力和摩擦力，并有效地支撑人工裂缝。

2、支撑剂颗粒相对密度要低，便于泵入井下。

3、支撑剂颗粒径要符合不同油井的设计要求，一般为0.4~0.8mm，圆度和球度大于0.9，而且颗粒均匀，表面光滑，其浊度值应小于100度，以获得尽可能高的导流能力。

4、支撑剂颗粒在温度为200摄氏度的条件下，与压裂液及储层流体不发生化学作用，酸溶解度较大允许值应小于7%。
