用途：

主要用于内衣棉杯产品及其他同类产品的定型生产。

特点： 

1.定型过程中，棉杯经常发生打折、起皱、表面布自然的凹凸现象，直接影响到产品品质，造成生产成本长期居高不下。此类问题在尺码比较大的罩杯加工过程中也时有发生。

2.此机器带压框防打皱启动定型机主要针对产品的成型和加工技术手段方面进行弥补，通过对裁片压制过程进行准确的定位加工，减少尺码偏移造成的损失。适合欧美大型罩杯和普通模杯、布杯的生产。

2. The machine has been improved in the aspect of figuration and process which locates accurately in the process of foam-pieces pressing and reduces the loss caused by size deviation. It is suitable for the large-sized cups, ordinary foam cups and fabric cups in European and American areas.
