焦炭简介

       焦炭通常按用途分为冶金焦（包括高炉焦、铸造焦和铁合金焦等）、气化焦和电石用焦等。

       焦炭是一种固体燃料，质硬、多孔、发热量高。高温干馏而成，多用于炼铁。焦炭是指烟煤在隔绝空气的条件下，加热到950-1050，经过干燥、热解、熔融、粘结、固化、收缩等阶段 终制成焦炭，这一过程叫高温炼焦（高温干馏），由高温炼焦得到的焦炭用于高炉冶炼、铸造和气化。炼焦过程中产生的经回收、净化后的焦炉煤气既是高热值的燃料，又是重要的有机合成工业原料。铸造焦是用于化铁炉熔铁的焦炭。铸造焦是化铁炉熔铁的主要燃料。其作用是熔化炉料并使铁水过热，支撑料柱保持其良好的透气性。因此，铸造焦应具备块度大、反应性低、气孔率小、具有足够的抗冲击破碎强度、灰分和硫分低等特点。

焦炭物理性能

       1、真密度为1.8-1.95g/cm3；

       2、视密度为0.88-1.08g/ cm3；

       3、气孔率为35-55；

       4、散密度为400-500kg/ m3；

       5、平均比热容为0.808kj/（kg?k）（100），1.465kj/（kg?k）（1000）；

       6、热导率为2.64kj/（m?h?k）（常温），6.91kg/（m?h?k）（900）；

       7、着火温度（空气中）为450-650；

       8、干燥无灰基低热值为30-32kj/g；

       9、比表面积为0.6-0.8m2/g。

焦炭化学成分

       焦炭化学成分包括有机成分和无机成分两大部分。有机成分是以平面炭网为主体的类石墨化合物，其他元素氢、氧、氮和硫与炭形成的有机化合物，则存在于焦炭挥发分中，无机成分是存在于焦炭的各种无机矿物质，以焦炭灰成分表征其组成。焦炭的化学成分主要用焦炭工业分析和焦炭元素分析来测定。

       1、按焦炭元素分析，焦炭成分为：炭8287，氢11.5，氧0.40.7，氮0.50.7，硫0.71.0，磷0.010.25。

       2、按焦炭工业分析，其成分为：灰分1018，挥发分13，固定碳8085。可燃基挥发分是焦炭成熟度的重要标志，成熟焦炭的可燃基挥发分为0.71.2。

焦炭滤料特点

       焦炭滤料在过滤过程中所起作用的好坏，直接影响着滤过的水质，故对此滤料的选择必须达到以下几点要求：

       1、机械强度高，破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3（百分比按质量计）。

       2、化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质。在一般酸性、碱性、中性水中均不溶解。出厂产品经中国水处理滤料监督检测中心测定： 可溶率为0.68（部颁标准为3.5）在各类水源中均可达到良好的净化效果。

       3、粒径级配合理，比表面积大。产品外观呈球状而有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。均匀系数（K60）不大于1.5（日本标准），不均匀系数（K80）在1.6-2.0之间，空隙率大于50。

       4、粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于5，大于指定上限粒径按重量计不大于5。

焦炭用途

       焦炭主要用于高炉炼铁和用于铜、铅、锌、钛、锑、汞等有色金属的鼓风炉冶炼，起还原剂、发热剂和料柱骨架作用；炼铁高炉采用焦炭代替木炭，为现代高炉的大型化奠定了基础，是冶金史上的一个重大里程碑。

       焦炭滤料由于其机械强度高，多孔结构合理，吸附性能好，截污能力强，过滤速度快，使用周期长等特点。去除水中悬浮固体，净水水质，具有很好的效果适用于生活用水和工业水处理装置中。焦炭滤料用于自来水公司、水利局、水厂、滤池、污水厂、水电厂、发电厂、油田、印染、钢、石油、冶金、造纸、皮革、饮料、食品、矿泉水、海水淡化、高纯水、过滤罐、过滤器、污化滤池、离子交换器、锅炉除氧、乡镇供水、城市给水、污水、游泳池、游泳馆、宾馆、饭店、洗浴等适用于生活用水和工业水处理装置中。

Characteristics of coke filter

Stable chemical properties without toxic substances. It does not dissolve in normal acid, alkaline or neutral water. The size of the particle size is more reasonable than the surface area.
