粉状活性炭简介

       粉状活性炭由木质粉状活性炭和煤质粉状活性炭两大类，是以优质无烟煤或果壳木屑为原料精制而成，外观为黑色细微粉末状，无毒、无味，具有比表面积大，吸附能力强、适用于制糖、制药、饮料、酒类等水质的净化行业，对有机物溶剂的脱色、精制、提纯和污水处理方面也广泛使用。产品以先进的工艺经碳化和高温汽及化学处理而成，以其外观为黑色粉末状。脱色活性炭比表积大，活性高，微孔发达，脱色力强。煤质粉状活性炭可以根据用户要求制成不同吸附性能、不同脱色能力、不同细度的等级活性炭。粉状活性炭吸附速度极快，具有絮凝效应和助滤效应。使用单位投资少，运转费用低，因而在自来水厂、污水处理厂倍受青睐。在食品、医药、脱色、结晶、过滤、物质提纯等领域具有广泛用途。

粉状活性炭加工方式

       1、化学法粉状活性炭；无臭，无味，在一般溶媒中均不溶解。以优质木屑和果壳为原料， 、 为活化剂，经碳化、活化精制而成，成品吸附能力优异，杂质含量低。用途：适用于葡萄糖蔗糖、麦芽糖等糖类的脱色相精制，以及柠檬酸、胱胺酸、油脂、化工产品中大分子色素的去除、提纯和精制。

       2、物理法粉状活性炭；以优质果壳和木屑为原料，经蒸汽活化后，精制处理，粉碎而成，外观为黑色细微粉末状，无毒、无味，具有比表面积大，吸附能力强的特点。适用于医药、食品添加剂、味精、化工、饮料等产品的脱色、除杂、精致，适用于水的净化处理。

       3、 法粉状活性炭；以 法生产的粉状活性炭，具有发达的中孔结构和发达的比表面积，吸附容量大、过滤速度快，不含锌盐之特性。广泛适用于食品工业的糖类、谷氨酸及盐，乳酸及盐、柠檬酸及盐，葡萄酒，调味品，动植物蛋白、生化制品、医药中间体、维生素、 等产品的脱色、精制、除臭、去杂。

粉状活性炭应用
