活性炭简介

       活性炭是一种无毒无味多孔性的含炭物质，它具有高度发达的孔隙构造，是一种极优良的吸附剂，每克活性碳的吸附面积更相当于八个网球埸之多。而其吸附作用是物理性吸附力与化学性吸附力达成。其�M成物质除了炭元素外，尚含有少量的氢、氮、氧及灰份，其�Y构则为炭形成六环物栈积而成。由于六环炭的不规则排列，造成了活性炭多微孔体积及高表面积的特性。

       活性炭孔径的大小一般被分为三种，大中小型三种。小孔在活性炭材料中占有 的比例（半径0.35-2nm为小孔，半径2nm-50nm为中孔，半径50nm以上为大孔）。孔径的吸附能力表现在吸附物质的尺寸大小上，其分为大于、等于、稍小、远小几个种类，需要根据合适的种类来选择合适的活性炭孔径，一般以稍小以及等于为佳。在使用活性炭中需要注意毛细管的凝聚。另外，对于活性炭的吸附性质还取决于很多因数比如PH值、共存物质、温度、接触时间有很大的关系，值得注意的是活性炭具有化学与物理两种吸附性质，其应用能力应该区别对待。

活性炭分类

       1、活性炭按外观形态可分为：粉状、颗粒状、不规则颗粒状、圆柱形、球形和纤维状等。

       2、按原料来源分，可分为木质活性炭（如椰壳活性炭、杏壳活性炭、木质粉炭等）、矿物质原料活性炭（各种煤和石油及其加工产物为原料制成的活性炭）、其它原料制成的活性炭（如废橡胶、废塑料等制成的活性炭）。

       3、按制造方法分，可分为化学法活性炭（化学炭）、物理法活性炭、物理--化学法活性炭。

活性炭用途

       椰壳活性炭是选用优质椰子壳为原料，经系列生产工艺精制而成。从外观形态上主要分颗粒状、柱状和粉状，产品具有发达的孔隙结构，比表面积大，吸附能力强等功能，颗粒状椰壳活性炭主要适用于高纯度的生活饮用水、工业用水和废水处理等领域。粉状椰壳活性炭特别优势在于深度净化脱氯、脱色、除臭等特点，主要用于食品、饮料、酒类、空气净化活性炭和高纯饮用水的除臭、去除水中重金属、除氯及液体脱色。并可广泛用于化学工业的溶剂回收和气体分离等。

       果壳活性炭主要以果壳和木屑为原料，经炭化、活化、精制加工而成。具有比表面积大、强度高、粒度均匀、孔隙节构发达、吸附性能强等特点。并能有效吸附水中的游离氯、酚、硫、油、胶质、农药残留物和其他有机污染以及有机溶剂的回收等，适用于制药、石油化工、制糖、饮料、酒类净化行业，对有机物溶剂的脱色、精制、提纯和污水处理等方面。

       煤质活性炭选用优质无烟煤作为原料精制而成，外形分别为柱状、颗粒、粉末、蜂窝状、球形等形状，具有强度高，吸附速度快，吸附容量高，比表面积较大，孔隙结构发达，孔隙大小在于椰壳活性炭和木质活性炭之间，主要用于高端空气净化、废气净化、高纯水处理、废水处理、污水处理、水族、脱硫、水处理活性炭脱硝并可有效去除气体与液体中的杂质和污染物以及各种气体分离和提纯，还可广泛用于各种低沸点物质的吸附回收，脱臭除油等。

       木质活性炭是以优质木材为原料，经高温炭化、活化及多种工序精制而成木质活性炭，具有比表面积大，活性高，微孔发达，脱色力强，孔隙结构较大等特点，孔隙结构大，能有较吸附液体中的颜色等较大的各种物质、杂质，主要用于食品、酒类、油类、饮料、染料、化工、自来水净化、污水处理、降COD、药用活性炭等各种用途脱色。
