无烟煤简介
无烟煤固定碳含量高，挥发分产率低，密度大，硬度大，燃点高，燃烧时不冒烟。黑色坚硬，有金属光泽。以脂摩擦不致染污，断口成贝壳状，燃烧时火焰短而少烟。不结焦。一般含碳量在90以上，挥发物在10以下。无胶质层厚度。热值约7000-8000千卡/公斤。有时把挥发物含量特大的称做半无烟煤；特小的称做高无烟煤。无烟煤按种类分为：粉煤、12块煤、25块煤、38块煤、中炭以及大炭，可根据客户不同锅炉、不同使用方法为客户推荐即适用又减少成本的种类。
无烟煤滤料是一种水处理行业过滤用滤料，采用优质无烟煤为原料,经精选碎，粉，筛等工艺加工而成是普遍采用双层，三层快速过滤材料。适用于一般酸性，中性碱性的净化处理，具有良好的比表面积，各项指标均达到建设部（CJ/T44-1999）标准。无烟煤滤料同石英砂滤料配合使用是我国推广的双层快速滤池和三层滤池、滤罐过滤的较好材料。是提高滤速增加单位面积出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造价和减少占地面积较有效的途径。广泛用于化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等生产前后的水质处理过程中。
无烟煤特点

无烟煤用途
无烟煤块煤主要应用是化肥（氮肥、合成氨）、陶瓷、制造锻造等行业；无烟粉煤主要应用在冶金行业用于高炉喷吹（高炉喷吹煤主要包括无烟煤、贫煤、瘦煤和气煤）。
1、发电用煤:我国约1/3以上的煤用来发电，目前平均发电耗煤为标准煤370g/(kW·h)左右。电厂利用煤的热值，把热能转变为电能。
2、蒸汽机车用煤:占动力用煤2左右，蒸汽机车锅炉平均耗煤指标为100kg/(万吨·km)左右。
3、建材用煤:约占动力用煤的l0以上，以水泥用煤量较大，其次为玻璃、砖、瓦等。
4、一般工业锅炉用煤:除热电厂及大型供热锅炉外，一般企业及取暖用的工业锅炉型号繁多，数量大且分散，用煤量约占动力煤的30。
5、生活用煤:生活用煤的数量也较大，约占燃料用煤的20。
6、冶金用动力煤:冶金用动力煤主要为烧结和高炉喷吹用无烟煤，其用量不到动力用煤量的1。
