双奇白刚玉属于人造磨料的一种，以优质铝氧化粉为原料，经电熔提炼结晶而成。三氧化二铝(Al2O3)的含量在99以上，并含有少量氧化铁、氧化硅等成分；具有纯度高、自锐性好、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐高温、热态性能稳定，硬度略高于棕刚玉，韧性稍低，纯度高、自锐性好、磨削能力强、发热量小、效率高、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐高温热稳定性好。

双奇白刚玉中Al203含量一般高于98％，硬度高于棕刚玉，韧性低于棕刚玉，有较好的切削性能。用它制成的磨具，适于磨削淬火的合金钢、高速钢等。细粒度磨粉还可用作精密铸造。
1、白色，不影响加工件的颜色。较棕刚玉硬而脆，切削力较强；适合严禁铁质残留之喷砂作业。
2、白刚玉微粉化学稳定性好，具有很好的绝缘性；
3、硬度略高于棕刚玉，韧性稍低，纯度高，自锐性好，磨削能力强，发热量小，加工速度快品质高。
4、白刚玉经过酸洗步骤以除杂质，所含氧化铁的量极低。
双奇白刚玉磨料适用于各种高端产品，工艺或者五金等产品表面美化处理，喷砂后表面洁白无任何杂质，免去清洗烦恼；细号白刚玉主要用作抛光研磨。白刚玉用做各种产品添加剂；白刚玉可做固及涂附磨具，湿式或干或喷射砂，适合晶体，电子行业的超精研磨和抛光及制做高级耐火材料等；白刚玉适合加工淬火钢，合金钢，高速钢，高碳钢等硬度较硬，抗张强度较大的材料；白刚玉可用做触媒体，绝缘体以及精密铸造砂等；白刚玉用于铁质工件去锈、除污、除氧化皮，增大镀层、涂层附着力； 白刚玉用于铝质工件去氧化皮，表面强化、光饰作用； 白刚玉用于铜质工件去氧化皮亚光效果、玻璃制品水晶磨砂、刻图案、塑胶制品亚光效果、牛仔布等特殊面料毛绒加工及效果图案。
