铁砂简介：

       铁砂由经热处理后破碎而成，硬度高、棱角锋利、其破碎后形成的尖锐的边缘使其具有高速喷刻蚀和刮削特性。特别用对刻蚀和刮削要求较高的金属表面处理，也常用于室外喷砂作业的表面处理工程。

铁砂特点：

       铁砂硬度适中、韧性强、抗冲击，可连续几次反复使用，寿命长，反弹性好，附着力强，清理速度快耗砂低，不破碎，清理工件亮度大，技术效果好，经本产品处理的金属表面清洁度可达国际标准。表面粗糙度达25--100um，从而增加了金属表面的接触面，提高了涂抹的表面附着力，对细化金属表面强化金属结构，具有十分显着的经济效益，是目前国内外先进、理想的清理喷抛、除锈和强化的优质材料。棱角状低密度铁砂颜色较黄，有锈；高密度铁砂为银灰色，颗粒均匀。

铁砂分类：

       1、高密度铁砂的堆重是6.8-7.2吨/立方米 4.8-5.2吨/立方米

       2、低密度铁砂的堆重是6.2-6.5吨/立方米 4.1-4.3吨/立方米

      铁砂作为重型混凝土用于船体压重，桥梁中钢箱梁的压重，港口码头重型机械的压重等。还可用于抛丸除锈、喷丸除锈、铸件除锈、锻件除锈钢板除锈、锻件除氧化皮、钢材除锈、H型钢除锈、钢结构除锈、喷砂除锈、钢板除锈、喷砂房二次喷砂除锈、喷砂房二次喷砂清理。

      铁砂用耐用编织袋包装净重25kg（也可按照客户要求包装）， 运输储存期间防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物．不宜与其他产品一起运输堆放。
