本公司新研发的JKF-159C系列阀口型抽真空包装机重点就特殊物料性状的粉体作专门的研究，解决 了栈积密度小，流动性差，粒度超微，空气亲和性强等物料的破拱，包装喂料方式，装 料袋中抽气等辅助措施的开发，有效解决了这类物料的包装速度和精度，与此同时严格控制生产现场的粉尘外溢使生产现场环境洁净。
JKF-159C真空阀口定量粉体包装机适用于含气量大、比重小的超细以及纳米级粉料的阀口袋包装。包装过程无粉尘外溢，有效降低对环境的污染。包装过程能实现高压缩比填充物料，使包装成品袋外形充实,缩小包装袋尺寸，包装效果尤为突出。
代表物料如 、炭黑、白炭黑、超导电炭黑、粉末状活性炭、石墨及硬质酸盐等物料
工作原理：
JKF-159C系列包装机采用真空吸入物料的方式给料。包装袋放置在密闭的真空仓内，物料通过负压吸引作用进入包装袋内，同时物料中的气体通过包装袋的气孔排出。当填充到包装袋内的物料重量到达预设的重量值时，真空泵停止运行，同时真空仓门打开，人工取下包装好的包装袋，即完成单袋包装。

JKF-159C valve-port vacuum powder dosing packaging machine It consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. The medium is sucked into the packaging bag in the vacuum chamber using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to realize that the powder is packaged under an airtight and vacuum condition. It can be used to solve the problem of pollution packaging the powder with large volume and small specific gravity and may monitor and control the negative pressure for the vacuum chamber withstanding a negative pressure of 90 Kpa. The system integrates with vacuum measurement, PLC, HMI, and full automatic operation and features high packaging speed, accurate measurement, and dust free etc. It is mainly used for SIO, in gas phase method, SIO, in settling method, all kinds of white carbon black, and all kinds of powder with large volume and small specific gravity and is widely used in the powder production and re-packaging.
