石英砂介绍
石英石亦称硅石，是一种质地坚硬、耐磨、化学性质稳定的硅酸盐类矿物。石英砂是石英石经破碎加工而成的石英颗粒，石英砂的颜色为乳白色、或无色半透明状，内在分子链结构、晶体形状和晶格变化规律，使其具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀、压电效应、谐振效应以及其独特的光学特性。
石英砂滤料是采用天然石英矿为原料，经破碎，水洗精筛等加工而成，目前是水处理行业中使用比较广泛、量比较大的净水材料，无杂质，抗压耐磨，机械强度高，化学性能稳定，截污能力 益高、使用周期长，适用于单层、双层过滤池、过滤器和离子交换器中，各项指标均达到（CJ/T43-2005）标准。石英砂滤料无杂质，抗压耐磨，机械强度高，化学性能稳定，截污能力 益高、使用周期长，适用于单层、双层过滤池、过滤器和离子交换器中，各项指标均达到标准。
石英砂滤料用途
石英砂是与过滤容器结合，用于截留水中悬浮物胶体等颗粒杂质，从而起到过滤作用。主要可分为以下几类:
1、普通石英砂滤料:主要用在污水处理中，用三五年都没问题，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要紧，因为污水处理中，污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸，将污水中的污染物降解。
2、精制石英砂滤料:用在纯水处理中，在砂滤器中，一般2到3年就要更换，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了，只能更换。石英砂滤料通过Iso9001-2000质量体系认证。在中性及值在范围内的酸性水中都很稳定，但在碱性水中有微溶解，化学水处理中SiO2增量不超过2mg/L。

石英砂应用
石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料，非化学危险品，广泛用于玻璃、铸造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶炼硅铁、冶金熔剂、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡胶、磨料等工业；可汽运，火车运输。具体应用表现为：
一、玻璃：平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、玻璃制品（玻璃罐、玻璃瓶、玻璃管等）、光学玻璃、玻璃纤维、玻璃仪器、导电玻璃、玻璃布及防射线特种玻璃等的主要原料。
二、陶瓷及耐火材料：瓷器的胚料和釉料，窑炉用高硅砖、普通硅砖以及碳化硅等的原料。
三、冶金：硅金属、硅铁合金和 合金等的原料或添加剂、熔剂。
四、建筑：混凝土、胶凝材料、筑路材料、人造大理石、水泥物理性能检验材料（即水泥标准砂）等。
五、化工：硅化合物和水玻璃等的原料，硫酸塔的填充物，无定形二氧化硅微粉。
六、机械：铸造型砂的主要原料，研磨材料（喷砂、硬研磨纸、砂纸、砂布等）。
七、电子：高纯度金属硅、通讯用光纤等。
八、橡胶、塑料：填料（可提高耐磨性）。
九、涂料：填料（可提高涂料的耐酸性）。
十、航空、航天：其内在分子链结构、晶体形状和晶格变化规律，使其具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀、压电效应、谐振效应以及其独特的光学特性。
