玉米芯工艺流程

      1.磨碎浸泡：选用当年的玉米芯100千克碾磨成细屑，大小似豆粒为宜，置于浸泡缸中浸泡12小时，使玉米芯屑吸水膨胀，吸水量达40％左右。浸泡后将坯料捞出放在竹筐和箩筐中，再用清水冲洗一下，沥水后即可上屉汽蒸。

      2.汽蒸：上屉蒸制时，先将浸泡过的玉米芯屑铺好，上面盖一层麸皮或谷糠，其用量约占坯料的10％，上汽后蒸20分钟，向坯料中拌入10％的凉水，拌匀后再蒸40分钟。再拌入10％的凉水，目的使坯料软化并蒸熟蒸透。

      3.拌麦芽乳：待蒸好的坯料摊晾至6575时，即可拌入麦芽乳。坯料摊晾温度冬季取高限，夏季取低限。麦芽乳的制作：先将大麦15千克(以当年的二棱大麦为佳)在清水中浸泡2小时，若水温过低，应适当延长浸泡时间，浸过的麦粒平铺在竹匾上，厚1厘米左右，上盖湿布保温2530，直至大麦发芽。当麦芽长到干麦粒的两倍半长，芽苞由白转绿时，加水上磨磨成乳，加水量约为麦芽的1倍。

      4.糖化：拌入麦芽乳后，即可将坯料下缸糖化，糖化缸应能保温，进行保温糖化1624小时，进料后糖化温度须保持在55左右，后期温度可适当提高。糖化结束后，放出糖液进行浓缩制饴。

      5.浓缩制饴：将糖化缸底部的浓糖液尽量放出，立即过滤，然后入锅熬糖浓缩。糖糟可作饲料。熬糖时，开始火力要猛，随着糖液的浓缩，火力要逐渐减弱，并不停地搅拌，预防变焦炭化，然后用小火熬制，直至所需要的浓度。100千克玉米芯可制得饴糖约50千克。

4.       9.由于玉米芯含有丰富的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等，已被用于造纸，生物制糖等行业；
