三、操作规程：

★雷式夹试件的沸煮

先测量带有试件并经养护的雷式夹两指针好的的间距**到0.5mm，并用编号做记录，按着将雷式夹连同试件放入沸煮箱重蓖板上，指针朝上试件之间互补交叉，然后在30±5min内加热至沸腾，并恒温3h±5min

后按测得沸煮后两指针好的间距与沸煮前的差值多少来判断试件的合格与否。

★雷式夹用后去掉式样及污物后放妥，严禁堆放或其它物体相互挤压。

★雷式夹每次使用前对雷式夹进行弹性要去检验，具体做法如下：将雷式夹一指针根部挂在测定仪昡线上，另一指针根部挂300g砝码，两指针间距离加2X=17.5±2.5mm,去掉砝码后指针恢复原尺寸。检验合格后方可使用。

★雷式夹试件的制备方法：

将预先准备好的雷式夹放在已稍擦油的玻璃板上，并一只手用宽10mm小刀插到15次左右然后抹平，盖上稍涂油的玻璃板，压上配重块，立即将雷式夹连同试件和玻璃板移至湿气养护箱（控制温度20±3度温度大于90%）内养护24±2h
