    ●RCB保温齿轮油泵(沥青输送泵)概述
   该泵适用于输送不含固体颗粒的重油、沥青、胶类、树脂、洗涤剂等各类在常温下有凝固性的介质。尤其适用于高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中介质需要保温的场合。
   该泵的泵体设有空心夹层，并设有进出口法兰，可用于导热油、蒸汽、热水等媒体对输送的液体和泵进行加热、保温及冷却。当输送介质的粘度大于 1500cst 时，应采用减速传动方式。一般情况下采用泵与电机直联的传动方式。
    ●适用范围：温度 ≤ 250 ℃ ，粘度 5-1500CST
    ●性能范围：流量 1-324m3/h ，压力≤ 0.8Mpa

    ●泵的结构
    泵主要由泵体、齿轮、轴、轴承、阀盖、前盖、后盖、密封部件、联轴器等部件组成。
    轴端密封有两种形式：填料密封、机械密封，用户可根据具体的使用条件选用合适的密封结构。
    该保温齿轮油泵有良好的自吸性，泵内运动部件利用输送的液体实现润滑，工作时可以不加引液和润滑剂 .
