卧式单螺杆泵操作保养规定:Horizontal single screw pump operation maintenance provisions:
     一、操作规程  1、检查流程是否正确。  2、检查联轴器保护罩，地脚等部分螺丝是否紧固，有无松动现象。 3、轴承油盒要有充足的润滑油，油位应保持在规定范围内，油质是否完好。  4、检查电压是否在规定范围内，外观电机接线及接地是否正常。 5、用手盘动联轴器，检查泵内有无异物碰撞杂声或卡死现象，并给予消除。  6、停车前需先停止电机运行，后关闭吸入管阀门，再关闭排出口阀门（防止干转，以免擦伤工作表面）。A, operating rules 1, check whether the process is correct.2, check the coupling shield, whether the anchor parts such as screw fastening, the presence of loose phenomenon.3, bearing oil box should have plenty of oil, oil level should be kept within the prescribed scope, oil are in good condition.4, check whether the voltage is within the scope of the regulations, electrical wiring and grounding are normal in appearance.5, with the hand disc coupling, check there are no foreign bodies collide in the pump noise or jammed phenomenon, and to give away.Need before 6, parking to stop the motor running, after close the suction valve, then close the discharge valve (turn to prevent dry, so as not to scratch working surface).

   4.GS 系列吸入管和压出管的联接是标准DIN1187-A的螺纹联接,可以快速拆卸吸入和压出两侧的管子
和软管.
