●KCB齿轮泵概述
KCB齿轮油泵在输油系统中可用作传输、增压泵;KCB gear oil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, booster pump;

KCB齿轮泵主要有齿轮、轴、泵体、安全阀、轴端密封所组成。齿轮经热处理有较高的硬度和强度,与轴一同安装在可更换的轴套内运转。泵内全部零件的润滑均在泵工作时利用输出介质而自动达到。KCB gear pump are mainly gear, shaft, pump body, valve, shaft end seal. ●KCB齿轮泵安装说明:

●KCB齿轮泵安装顺序: KCB gear pump installation order:

●kcb齿轮泵安装: KCB gear pump installation:

●kcb齿轮泵的开机: KCB gear pump of the boot:
1、开机前应检查泵轴转动是否灵活,有无卡阻现象,进出口管道上的阀门是否开启,泵的转动方向是否正确。1, should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, before starting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipeline valve is open, the pump rotation direction is correct.

●KCB齿轮油泵(输油泵)机械密封的运转
1.KCB齿轮油泵(输油泵)启动后若有轻微泄漏现象,应观察一段时间。如齿轮泵连续运行4小时,泄漏量仍不减小,则应停泵检查。
2.KCB齿轮油泵(输油泵)的操作压力应平稳,压力波动不大于1公斤/平方厘米。
3.KCB齿轮油泵(输油泵)在运转中,应避免发生抽空现象,以免造成密封面干摩擦及密封破坏。
4.齿轮泵密封情况要经常检查。运转中,当其泄漏超过标准时,重质油大于5滴/分,轻质油不大于10滴/分,如2-3日内仍无好转趋势,则应停泵栓查密封装置。
●齿轮油泵机械密封的安装
1.KCB齿轮油泵(输油泵)启动前应保持密封腔内充满液体。对于输送凝固的介质时,应用蒸汽将密封腔加热使介质熔化。启动前必须盘车,以防止突然启动而造成软环碎裂.远东泵业
2.对于利用齿轮泵外封油系统的机械密封,应先启动封油系统。停车后 后停止封油系统。kcb齿轮泵
3.泵停运后不能马上停止封油腔及端面密封的冷却水,应待端面密封处油温降到80度以下时,才可以停止冷却水,以免损坏密封零件。
●KCB齿轮泵常见故障及解决方法
目前,KCB齿轮泵(kcb不锈钢齿轮泵)在自卸汽车与工程机械操纵机构中运用较多,现将其常见故障及排除方法介绍如下,供参考。
1、产生振动与噪声的原因与排除
(1)吸入空气
①KCB齿轮泵的泵体与两侧端盖为直接接触的硬密封,若接触面的平面度达不到规定要求,则泵在工作时容易吸入空气;同样,泵的端盖与压盖之间也为直接接触,空气也容易侵入;若压盖为塑料制品,由于其损坏或因温度变化而变形,也会使密封不严而进入空 除这种故障的方法是:当泵体或泵盖的平面度达不到规定的要求时,可以在平板上用金钢砂按8字形路线来回研磨,也可以在平面磨床上磨削,使其平面度不超过5μm,并需要保证其平面与孔的垂直度要求;对于泵盖与压盖处的泄漏,可采用涂敷环氧树脂等胶粘剂进行密封。
②对泵轴一般采用骨架式油封进行密封。若卡紧唇部的弹簧脱落,或将油封装反,或其唇部被拉伤、老化,都将使油封后端经常处于负压状态而吸入空气,一般可更换新油封予以解决。
③油箱内油量不够,或吸油管口未插至油面以下,泵便会吸入空气,此时应往油箱内补充油液至油标线;若回油管口露出油面,有时也会因系统内瞬间负压而使空气反灌进入系统,所以回油管口一般也应插至油面以下。
④KCB齿轮泵(kcb不锈钢齿轮泵)泵的安装位置距油面太高,特别是在泵转速降低时,因不能保证泵吸油腔有必要的真空度造成吸油不足而吸入空气。此时应调整泵与油面的相对高度,使其满足规定的要求。
⑤吸油滤油器被污物堵塞或其容量过小,导致吸油阻力增加而吸入空气;另外,进、出油口的口径较大也有可能带入空气。此时,可清洗滤油器,或选取较大容量、且进出口径适当的滤油器。如此,不但能防止吸入空气,还能防止产生噪声。
(2)机械原因
①泵与联轴器的连接因不合规定要求而产生振动及噪声。应按规定要求调整联轴器。
②因油中污物进入泵内导致齿轮等部件磨损拉伤而产生噪声。应更换油液,加强过滤,拆开泵清洗;对磨损严重的齿轮,须修理或更换。
③泵内零件损坏或磨损严重将产生振动与噪声:如齿形误差或周节误差大,两齿轮接触不良,齿面粗糙度高,公法线长度超差,齿侧隙过小,两啮合齿轮的接触区不在分度圆位置等。此时,可更换齿轮或将齿轮对研。同时,轴承的滚针保持架破损、长短轴轴颈及滚针磨损等,均可导致轴承旋转不畅而产生机械噪声,此时需拆修齿轮泵,更换滚针轴承。
④KCB齿轮泵(kcb不锈钢齿轮泵)齿轮轴向装配间隙过小;齿轮端面与前后端盖之间的滑动接合面因齿轮在装配前毛刺未能仔细清除,从而运转时拉伤接合面,使内泄漏大,导致输出流量减少;污物进入泵内并楔入齿轮端面与前后端盖之间的间隙内拉伤配合面,导致高低压腔因出现径向拉伤的沟槽而连通,使输出流量减小。对上述情况应分别采用以下措施修复。拆解齿轮泵,适当地加大轴向间隙即研磨齿轮的端面;用平面磨床磨平前后盖端面和齿轮端面,并清除轮齿上的毛刺(不能倒角);经平面磨削后的前后端盖其端面上卸荷槽的深度尺寸会有变化,应适当增加宽度。
(3)其他原因
油液的黏度高也会产生噪声,必须选用黏度合适的油液。
2、KCB齿轮泵(kcb不锈钢齿轮泵)输出流量不足
①油温高将使其黏度下降、内泄漏增加,使泵输出流量减小。应查明原因采取措施;对于中高压齿轮泵,须检查密封圈是否破损。
②选用油的黏度过高或过低,均会造成泵的输出流量减少,应使用黏度合格的油品。
③KCB齿轮泵一般不可以反转,如泵体装反,将造成压油腔与吸油腔局部短接,使其流量减少甚至吸不上油来。此时,应查泵的转向。
④发动机转速不够,造成流量减小。应查明原因并加以排除。
3、旋转不畅
①轴向间隙或径向间隙太小。重新加以调整修配
②泵内有污物。解体以清除异物。
③装配有误。齿轮泵两销孔的加工基准面并非装配基准面,如先将销子打入,再拧紧螺钉,泵会转不动。正确的方法是,边转动齿轮泵边拧紧螺钉, 后配钻销孔并打入销子。
④泵与发动机联轴器的同轴度差。同轴度应保证在0.1mm以内。
⑤泵内零件未退磁。装配前所有零件均须退磁。
⑥滚针套质量不合格或滚针断裂。修理或更换。
⑦工作油输出口被堵塞。清除异物。
4、发热
①造成齿轮泵旋转不畅的各项原因均能导致齿轮泵发热,排除方法亦可参照其执行。
②油液黏度过高或过低。重新选油。
③侧板、轴套与齿轮端面严重摩擦。修复或更换。
④环境温度高,油箱容积小,散热不良,都会使泵发热。应分别处理。
5、KCB齿轮泵(kcb不锈钢齿轮泵)主要零件的修复
(1)齿轮
①齿形修理:用细砂布或油石除去拉伤或已磨成多棱形的部位,再将齿轮啮合面调换方位并适当地进行对研, 后清洗干净;对用肉眼能观察到的严重磨损件,应予以更换。
②端面修理:齿轮端面由于与轴承座或前后盖相对转动而磨损,轻时会起线,可用研磨方法将起线毛刺痕迹研去并抛光;磨损严重时,应将齿轮放在平面磨床上进行修磨。应注意:两个齿轮必须同时放在平面磨床上进行修磨,目的是为了保证两个齿轮的厚度差在5μm范围内;同时必须保证端面与孔的垂直度及两端面的平行度均在5μm范围内,并用油石将锐边倒钝,但切不可倒角,做到无毛刺、飞边即可。
③当齿轮的啮合表面磨损时,应用油石将磨损所产生的毛刺去掉;同时,调换齿轮的啮合方位,使原来不啮合工作的齿形表面进行啮合工作,这样不仅能保证其原有的工作性能,还能延长齿轮的工作寿命。
(2)KCB齿轮泵(kcb不锈钢齿轮泵)泵体
泵体的磨损,主要在内腔与齿轮项圆相接触的那一面,且多发生在吸油侧。如果泵体属于对称型,可将泵体翻转180度后再用;如果泵体属于非对称型,则需采用电镀青铜合金工艺或电刷镀的方法修复泵体内腔孔的磨损部位。
(3)轴承座圈
轴承座圈的磨损一般在与齿轮接触的那一端面和与滚针接触的内孔上。端面磨损或拉毛起线时,可将4个轴承座圈放在平面磨床上,以不与齿轮接触的那一面为基准将拉毛端面磨平,其精度应保证在10μm范围内。轴承座圈一般磨损较小,若磨损严重,可研磨;或适当地加大孔径并重新选配滚针;或更换轴承座圈。
(4)长、短轴
长、短轴的失效,主要是在与滚针轴承相接触处出现磨损。如果磨损轻微,可采用抛光修复(并更换新的滚针轴承);如果磨损严重或折断,则需用镀铬工艺修复,或重新加工。重新加工时,须满足长、短轴上的键槽对轴心线的平行度和对称度的要求;装在轴上的平键与齿轮键槽的配合间隙均不能过大;轴不得在齿轮内孔产生径向摆动;轴颈与安装齿轮部分配合表面的同轴度不得大于10μm,两端轴颈的同轴度不得超过20-30μm。
kcb齿轮泵作用是将机油提高到一定压力后,强制地压送到发动机各零件的运动表面上。其结构多采用齿轮式机油泵。发动机工作时,曲轴带动主动齿轮传动,被动齿轮作反方向旋转。吸油腔内的机油便沿着齿隙和泵壁压入出油腔。因吸油腔内的机油被不断带走,故吸油腔内产生吸力,不断地将油底壳内的机油吸入吸油腔,并同时将一定压力的机油泵入润滑油路。
齿轮油泵是借一对相互啮合的齿轮,将机械能转换为油压能的装置。在空压机的润滑系统中被广泛采用。油泵在运转中的故障通常是润滑系统中油压降低,甚至有时打不上油。
其原因大体有:1)旋转方向与规定方向相反;2)吸油管路不严密,单向阀卡住;3)油泵的泵体与泵盖之间密封不良;4)油槽内油量不足;5)油泵零件严重磨损;6)吸油过滤网被堵塞。
实际工作中应根据具体情况进行不同处理。在检修中应特别注意吸油管道的密封,以及齿轮油泵泵体与泵盖之间的密封。吸入端如果密封不良,则油泵进口漏入空气,造成油泵抽空,自然就要打不上油。
