感光变色粉Photosensitive variable toner

一、感光变色原理Principle of photosensitive discoloration：

感光变色产品，经阳光/紫外线照射后，吸收阳光/紫外线的能量面产生颜色变化，当失去阳光/紫外线照射时，即回到原来的颜色。

1.光变粉是隐影印花的典型代表，光是纺织品上的印花图案随外部条件的变化而改变色泽的印花，使织物上图案色泽由常规的“静态”变为新颖奇特的“动态”，其色泽的变化一般为可逆变化。

2.光敏变色印花亦称光变色印花，早期的光敏变色印花是用光变染料，在紫外线的照射下染料结构发生变化，呈现不同的色泽。例如，染料Ａ是无色的，经紫外线照射后，分子开环变成菁结构的染料Ｂ，呈蓝色，当染料Ｂ再暴露于可见光中又会重新转变为无色的染料Ａ。现在采用微胶囊技术把光变染料包覆于胶囊中，一般粒径为１～１０微米，用微胶囊包覆后的光变染料，其耐光牢度大大提高。目前光变染料已发展到有４个基本色：紫色、蓝色、黄色、红色，这４种光变染料其初始结构均为闭环型，即印在织物上没有色泽，但在紫外光线照射下可以变成紫色、蓝色、黄色、红色。所谓光敏变色从一种色泽变为另一种色泽，是在印花色粉中把光变染料和一般色涂料拼混后—起印花。例如用光变染料红与涂料蓝拼混后印花，在织物表面呈现蓝色，在紫外光照射下则变为蓝紫色。

3.感光SMC粉为感光变色材料产品，变色原理为吸收特定波长之紫外光源，藉由该光源之能量而产生颜 色变化（变为紫色、红色、兰色、黄色等），当特定波长的紫外光源不在时，即回复原来的颜色。感光MC粉是经由微胶囊技术处理过的产品，外观为粉状，粒径在1~10μm之间，并具有耐高温、 抗氧化等微胶囊所改质的特性。感光MC粉可应用于涂料、粉、塑料各产业，产品之设计大多以室内（无紫外光之环境）与室 外（有紫外光之环境）有颜色变化为诉求。

4.感光基本色：MC系列：红、黄、蓝、紫、天蓝、橙、灰、绿

               SMC系列：紫红（玫瑰紫） 朱红（石榴红） 大红（胭脂红）  橘红 （桔子红） 天空蓝  水仙黄  海蓝 橄榄绿  桃红  咖啡灰

 有色变有色：黄变红  黄变绿 黄变橙  黄变紫 蓝变紫

＃12紫色，＃14兰色，＃16黄色，#12紫色＃19红色（无色变有色）
感应波长：#12紫色：290nm~390nm ＃14兰：280nm~390nm ＃16黄色：270nm~370nm #17 橙色：270nm~370nm ＃19红色：290nm~400nm 一般紫光灯为365 nm波长所以对黄色和橙色感应不明显

Induction wavelength: purple # 12:290 nm to 390 nm # 14:280 nm to 390 nm # 16 yellow: 270 nm to 370 nm # 17 orange: 270 nm to 370 nm red # 19: general light is 290 nm to 400 nm 290 nm wavelength so on induction of yellow and orange is not obvious

二、塑料射出及押出之应用The application of plastic injection and extruding：

可适用于各种塑料之加工，如PP、PE、PVC、PU、PS、ABS、TPR、EVA、Nylon、Acrylic等, 建议塑料之熔融指数（MI值）大于10，弯曲弹性系小于13000。 加工时应先用白蜡油将塑胶料润湿。

（注意白蜡油添加量不要超过塑胶料的2％），然后再将变色粉 加入到塑胶料里面搅匀，搅拌时需注意分散性，分散不良可加入适量分散剂。可与不同色粉混合使用，搭配出更多样的色彩变化。应尽量避免在250℃以上之制程进行加工

。感光的光疲乏性产生，由UV光过度曝晒、酸、自由基（单态氧原子）和湿度造成，一般建议不要长时间暴晒。

Can be applied to all kinds of plastic processing, such as PP, PE, PVC, PU, PS, ABS, TPR, EVA, Nylon, Acrylic, etc., Suggestions of plastic melt index (MI) is more than 10, bending elasticity is less than 13000. Process should be the plastic material with white wax oil wetting.

(note that white wax content not more than 2% of plastic), and then add the variable toner stir into the plastic material and must be noticed when mixing dispersion, dispersion bad dispersing agent can be added. Can be used mixed with different pigments, match a more diverse color changes. Should try to avoid in the process carry on the processing of above 250 ℃

. Photographic light fatigue sex, by excessive exposure to UV light, acid, free radicals (singlet oxygen atoms) and humidity, generally is not recommended for a long time exposure.

三、产品使用注意事项Products use matters needing attention：

应避免与紫外光吸收剂同时使用、对极性之敏感度高，添加不同之添加剂或使用不同之基材，均可能会造成色差。

Should avoid used in conjunction with ultraviolet absorbent, high sensitivity to the polarity, adding different additives or use different base material, may be the cause of color difference.

感光变色粉耐温度为220度，160-180度为宜

感光变色粉的注塑比例为5‰-8‰

感光变色粉适用的材质：PP/PVC/ABS/EVA/硅胶等

注塑用料：透明、半透明白料效果比较好，注塑不可用白料，否则颜色会很淡。

注塑有颗粒的解决办法：1、分散不开应搅拌均匀 2、加分散剂

光变粉MC/SMC/TOP系列，MC有红、黄、蓝、紫、橙、绿、天蓝、灰，SMC粉有大红、朱红、紫红、橘红，TOP粉有红、黄、蓝、紫。

四、毒性与安全性Toxicity and safety：

感光MC粉对皮肤无刺激性，不含对人体有害的物质，符合安全玩具和食品包装标准。

五、感光储存Photographic storage：

感光MC粉应密封储存于密闭、干燥、阴暗处，避免阳光直射。
