变色原理metachromatic principle

感温变色是一种随温度上升、下降而反复改变颜色的微胶囊颜料。变色形式：低温有色，高温无色。可以反复变换颜色。

感温变色基本颜色：大红、朱红、玫红、桃红、橙红、金黄、紫罗兰、深蓝、蓝色、绿色、黑色、土耳其蓝

感温变色材料的应用与用途

*涂料：适合各类塑胶制品的表面涂覆。含ABS、PE、PP、PS、PVC、EVA及其它塑胶材料等

操作注意事项Operating considerations

温变粉注塑适用的材料为：PP/PVC/ABS/PU/EVA/硅胶

温变粉的注塑比例为0.5%-0.8%，通常为0.5%，普通颜料遇变色颜料拼色，则普通颜料（或染料）的用量大约为变色颜料的0.5%-2.5%

注塑分散不开可加分散剂（白蜡油、分散油）、扩、白油。白蜡油加入有种湿湿的使混合更均匀，加多会起泡，加1%左右，也可不加。
