纳米喷镀机是什么

纳米喷涂设备是银镜反应利用喷枪将银喷涂在工件表面的一个过程。喷涂出来全部是银色的，然后在涂表面保护溶剂是加适当的色精而形成不同的色彩。
纳米喷镀有一定的局限性，较好是应用在精饰方面，避免用于高压摩擦的工件上。
纳米喷镀也属于化学镀的范畴。

Nano-spraying equipment is a process of silver mirror reaction using spraying gun to spray silver ammonia solution on the surface of workpiece. The spraying is all silver, and then the protective solvent is added to the surface to form different colors.

前期处理（有油除油、有锈除锈）→喷涂底漆（可用客人现用的底漆实验）→烘干→设备喷反应层→喷涂面漆（可用客户现用的清漆实验）→烘干→成品包装

广泛适用性：可在金属、树脂、pp+ps碳素树脂、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、塑木、卫浴产品、窗帘杆、佛像、圣诞用品、工艺品、蜡烛及木制品等各种材料上喷涂。也可用于汽车、电器、电脑手机、饰品、家具、亚克力、磷镁、钙塑、水泥、等表面喷涂。
