轮毂拉丝机操作要求，注意事项

1、两人作业时，设备后方的操作人员不得正对拉丝机出口，以免工件万一飞出伤人。
2、轮毂拉丝机设备在正常运行状态下严禁调整轮毂拉丝深度，以免车刀失控造成设备、人身事故。
3、正确安装轮毂。认真检查上、下轴承座及升降丝杠润滑是否良好，确定出料上正面无人时方可开机。
4、轮毂拉丝机设备启动后立即检查轮毂摆幅是否在要求范围内，有无其它异常现象，否则应立即调整或关机处理。

5、严禁工件直接放在夹具上，严禁工作门不关闭无挡条直接放工件拉丝，以免工件飞出伤人。
6、拉丝机深度调整应适中，一般情况下的拉丝深度指示应在0.2-0.05之间，严禁超过0.3MM，以免造成设备或人身事故。

2. It is forbidden to adjust the drawing depth of hub wire drawing machine under normal operation, so as to avoid equipment and personal accidents caused by tool out of control.

3. Install hub correctly. Check carefully whether the lubrication of upper and lower bearing seats and lifting screw is good or not, and make sure that the machine can start when no one is on the front of the discharging material.

4. Check whether the hub swing is within the required range and if there are any other abnormal phenomena immediately after the start-up of the hub drawing machine equipment. Otherwise, it should be adjusted or shut down immediately.

5. It is strictly forbidden to place the workpiece directly on the fixture. It is strictly forbidden to place the workpiece wire drawing directly without closing the work door, so as to avoid the workpiece flying out and hurting people.

6. The adjustment of drawing machine depth should be moderate. In general, the indication of drawing depth should be between 0.2 and 0.05. It is strictly forbidden to exceed 0.3MM in order to avoid equipment or personal accidents.
