产品属性

合金粉、其主要用于钢件的、耐磨、防腐、防锈等，牌号分高硬度与低硬度两个种类，高硬度耐磨防腐，低硬度修复在加工。具有优良的综合性能，耐腐蚀，抗氧化性，耐热，耐低应力磨粒磨损及良好的冲击韧性。熔点低，固液相温度区间宽，对多种基体和WC颗粒等有强的润湿能力，操作简便。

自熔性、润湿性和喷焊性优良，喷焊层具有硬度高、耐蚀、耐磨、耐热特点，难以切削，以湿式磨削为宜。

hrc20 工作温度:800 成分：nial 60/20 说明：镍包铝放热型包覆粉末,与基体结合强度高，主要用于喷涂打底，涂层具有抗氧化性；也可作为工作涂层或工件的表面修复。与普通碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、氮化钢、铸铁、铸钢、镍、镁、锆、钛、蒙乃尔合金、镍铬合金均能实现良好的微冶金结合。用途：适用于等离子喷涂工艺，适用于各种零部件的修复与强化以及底层（打底）如：飞机发动机零部件；坦克传动部件；内燃机传动机械；汽车曲轴；机床导轨；巨型发动机、冶金风机叶片等；喷涂陶瓷涂层前的打底涂。
