Drainage net production line and technology

排水网以高密度聚乙烯为原材料，通过特殊的机头挤出肋条，三根筋条按一定间距和角度排列形成有排水导槽的空间结构。三层筋条间形成的排水导槽在较高荷载下不易变形，能够防止土工织物嵌入土工网芯，确保排水畅通。

Taking HDPE as raw material, the ribs of drainage net are extruded from special die head. Every three ribs form 3D structure with drainage channel through fixed gap and angle. The drainage channel among the ribs can afford high load. It can prevent the geo-textile from imbedding the net core and ensure the channel expedites.
