用途： 采用海绵通过火焰喷射燃烧使之表面熔溶后与其他纺织品、无纺制品或人造革等材料瞬间粘合。成品多用于服装、玩具、汽车内饰、沙发座套、装璜、包装等行业。

全自动火焰复合机

特点：

1、采用先进的PLC、触摸屏及伺服电机控制，同步效果好，无张力自动喂料控制，连续生产效率高，海绵表慎用燃烧均匀、稳定、不会拉长变形。

2、可通过双火口同时燃烧将三层材料一次性完成复合过程，适合大批量生产。根据产品所需可选配国产或进口火排。

3、复合的产品具有整体性能强、手感好、耐水洗、干洗等优点。

4、特殊要求可按需定制。
