ZY15810-D注射器密合性正压测试仪由智能控制器、传感器、电机、驱动器、电源等部分组成。其中智能控制器由PLC、AD模块、液晶显示屏等部分组成，屏幕采用5.7英寸（320×240）PLC多彩液晶触摸显示屏，全中文视窗显示，触摸控制进行选项、操作、设定，无须培训，即可按提示操作使用，注射器的公称容量、泄漏试验所用的侧向力、轴向压力，并在测试过程中显示侧向力、轴向压力，对芯杆的作用时间，并可由机载打印机打印出测试结果。

注射器密合性正压测试仪是根据GB15810-2001“一次性使用无菌注射器”有关标准而设计制造。专门用于测试注射器密合性正压的测量仪器。

The nominal capacity of the syringe, the lateral force and the axial pressure used in the leakage test are selected by the keyboard, and the lateral force and the axial pressure are displayed in the test process, as well as the action time to the core rod, and the test results can be printed by the airborne printer. ZY15810-D Medical Syringe Liquid Leakage Tester is designed and manufactured in full compliance with GB15810 sterile syringes for single use.
