一、进口气动高真空球阀产品概述：

德国《LOCKE》洛克--进口气动高真空球阀是应用在真空系统中（又能适应一定的压力下）开启或切断气流的高真空球阀。阀门由回转气缸和阀体组成通过电磁换向阀改变气路方向，来驱动球阀启闭。本阀门外形结构紧凑，美观，密封座补偿式设计。有自动补偿密封座磨损功能，密封可靠，寿命长等优点。阀门气缸可选择单作用和双作用结构，可选配信号反馈控制，防爆电器装置及气源处理元件。适用的工作介质为带酸、碱性的各类气体或液体。

进口气动高真空球阀产品特点：

1、密封结构设计du特漏率可达到＜1×10-10Pa.M3/S,改变了球阀不能满足高真空、超高真空的现状；

进口气动高真空球阀工作原理：

a、当气动执行器与电路和系统气源接通后，空气通过管道A或B管进入A缸（B缸）推动b、活塞向一端运动，从而带动旋转轴和球芯转动90°

c、气动执行器ding部连动可视器，当绿色标志指向“开”字时标志阀门开启。

d、回信器信号灯绿灯亮时阀门处在开启位置，而红灯亮时阀门处在关闭位置

e、气动高真空球阀定位器可调节阀门管道流量

Working principle of imported pneumatic high vacuum ball valve:

a. When the pneumatic actuator is connected with the circuit and system air source, the air enters cylinder a (cylinder b) through pipe a or pipe B to push piston B and piston B to one end, thus driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90 degrees

c. When the green mark points to "on", the valve is opened.

d. When the green light is on, the valve is in the open position, while when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position
