工作原理

AF系列振动筛选机的工作原理是利用振动电机上产生的离心力得到激振动力来实现的，激振动力使筛体及物料进行反复 上下运动，再经过两层筛网的筛选，有效的将物料按照筛网的孔径范围分为三种粗细等级，从而达到理想的筛分效果

 活化振动料斗

在料仓与椎体之间增加具有弹性的密封件，该密封件通过上下法兰和弹簧与料仓与椎体连接。

椎体上安装振动电机，椎体内部设高减压锥，保证椎体内部物料相对蓬松。

在活化料斗工作时，它会产生旋转运动，并传递至筒仓内的物料，这样物料便顺畅地通过活化料斗出口，进入其下所连接的喂料设备。
