3． 优异的电绝缘性能
普通塑料都是电的不良导体，其表面电阻、体积电阻很大，用数字表示可达109一1018欧姆。击穿电压大，介质损耗角正切值很小。因此，塑料在电子工业和机械工业上有着广泛的应用。如塑料绝缘控制电缆。
