The sensor chip has built-in circuit units including reverse voltage protector, voltage regulator, temperature compensation circuit, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, Smith trigger, and collector open-circuit output drive.Excellent performance voltage regulator and temperature compensation circuit ensure that the sensor works stably in a wide voltage range and temperature range, and the reverse voltage protection circuit avoids the damage to the reverse voltage.
