产品介绍

2',3'-cGAMP叠氮化物是将2',3'-cGAMP偶联到炔烃修饰的生物靶标(如蛋白质、肽和核酸)的优良试剂。近年来,2',3'-cGAMP因其作为癌症和病毒感染等的潜在靶点而备受关注。研究表明,免疫检查点抑制剂是一种癌症免疫疗法。2',3'-cGAMP(环状GMP-AMP)是一种环状二核苷酸di二信使分子,在先天免疫系统中发挥关键作用。它是由cGAS(环状GMP-AMP合酶)对受损或感染细胞释放的胞质DNA作出反应而合成的。一旦合成,2',3'-cGAMP与衔接蛋白STING(干扰素基因的刺激因子)结合,并触发下游信号通路,从而产生I型干扰素和其他细胞因子,从而产生对抗入侵病原体的免疫反应。
